I am spearheading the shift towards a B2B e-commerce approach, ensuring their services are optimized for the modern digital landscape. Additionally, I initiated UpgradeDaddy, a new B2C e-commerce brand that focuses on providing PC hardware components to the USA market. This effort is aimed at expanding their reach, building a direct-to-consumer channel, and positioning Upgrade Daddy as a leader in both B2B and B2C segments within the tech hardware industry.
